Hello all - allow me to introduce myself!

Ah good – you found it then! Welcome to my Frog Dog Blog in which you can follow my adventures through life with my new family.

But firstly let me introduce myself. My full name is Django du Milobre de Bouisse but you can call me Django (ignore the D – just say Jango). I was born on 30th October and I am a French Pyrenean Pointer, or Braque Français as they say in these parts. Currently 6 weeks old, I am still enjoying the company of my four brothers and one sister in the nursery of my breeder where we are all nice and snug under our heat lamps. Good job too as we are at 750 metres above sea level here and it snowed the other day.

A couple of weeks ago I was shown my new owners. I say shown because they were not allowed into the nursery for fear of them introducing some nasty bugs. Instead they had to make do with Ooohing and Aaahing from the other side of a large pane of glass. They looked quite nice but I will reserve judgement fully until I really meet them. Apparently the 2nd of January is the appointed handover day so until then I will make the most of my cushy number here. I have a feeling it could all change from then on!

From now on I will try and keep you posted with my adventures, progress, and relations with the new owners as well as showing you the odd photo of my superbly developing physique by means of my own blog called Frog-dog-blog. This can be found at the following web address – www.frog-dog-blog@blogspot.com. Mind you, I am going to have to sneak time on their computer without them noticing and I am going to have to master their new fangled iMac – I am a Windows dog so far! Mind you, pretty tech savy hound for 6 weeks, eh?
